My expanding knowledge of the technical world...thanks to Google

So, I was sitting here bored, in lab, not paying attention and simultaneously updating my Google Reader, reading Cyburbia user Forum posts, browsing Facebook friend updates, and reformatting my iGoogle homepage tabs. Whew! That is a lot of multi-tasking! Plus, I was finishing my lab from last week (due today), and texting the bf.

Since I have discovered the beauty that is Google Reader, I have found some really awesome, cool and informative blogs. It has allowed me to keep tabs on all the random interests I have in my life, in one place, plus it tells me where the new posts are, so I don't have to go to every page and check updates. It really has changed my life! I know that sounds sad, but I tend to be a creature of routine, especially in the morning while I am waiting for the caffiene to hit, and the addition of Google Reader in my life has significantly optimized my web-browsing.

Anyways, Google is always buying out some internet company and/or adding features...I can't keep up! I came across a link to Google Blogger (pretty sure this is one of those buyouts I just mentioned). I have always been silently jealous of people that have and update blogs. I admire their ability to (for the most part) articulately convey their thoughts to a larger group of readers, update those thoughts on a regular basis and do it all within a technology medium that I am completely unfamiliar with. So, I took the leap. Not that I think there is anyone who really cares to hear me blab about whatever has randomly caught my attention at that moment, but I have always wanted to write.

Thank you Google, for making yet another one of my dreams come true...can I have that pony now?
